Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return ON PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

Please note that we do not offer refunds for non-refundable software products. This policy is designed to protect our business and ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers.

Non-refundable software products include any software products that are delivered electronically or via download. These products are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you have purchased a non-refundable software product from our website, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

If you experience technical issues with your non-refundable software product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. In the rare event that we are unable to resolve the technical issue, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement product or issue a store credit for the amount of your purchase. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse any request for replacement or store credit.
